Muslim man finds things in his moi-moi

When people break their fast, what they want to eat is food. Unfortunately for this muslim man who was partaking in the Ramadan fast, he was not ready for what he saw.
The man purchased moi-moi as his meal after breaking his fast but to his surprise, he saw things in them. Please read below to see what he found:
At first, mans found toothpick in the moi-moi but when he cut more part of the moi-moi open, he realised that the fish he thought he saw was a whole head of fish.
