Lady sends phone to her brother from Finland but he receives something surprising

A Nigerian Lady living in Finland took to social media to lament about how she sent a Samsung mobile phone to her brother in Nigeria but when he received the package, it had already been allegedly swapped with a pack of shortbread biscuit.
