Former federal lawmaker, Shina Peller, has addressed rumors about a possible family connection to popular TikToker, Peller. In a recent interview with Channels TV, Peller clarified that although the Professor Peller dynasty is large and well-known, the TikTok star is not a member of his family.
Peller explained that his family adopted the name “Peller” due to his father’s career as a magician. While the TikToker has leveraged the famous surname to build his popularity, Shina Peller emphasized that they are not related. “The name ‘Peller’ was given to our father because he was a magician, and it’s a name the family has embraced ever since,” he stated.
He further remarked that while TikTok’s Peller has been successful in using the name, “he is not a member of the Peller family. He’s being smart and leveraging a successful name, but I can categorically say that he is not part of the family.”
This clarification puts to rest any confusion surrounding the relationship between the two, emphasizing that while both have benefited from the iconic surname, they are not connected by blood or family ties.
