The vice president of Nigeria, Prof Yemi Osibanjo has reportedly donated the sum of N1 million to the ailing actor, Baba Suwe.
Osinbajo had made the donation through the office of the youth organising secretary for All Progressives Congress in Lagos state, Aregbe Idris. It was gathered that Idris was also in the company Nollywood actress, Remi Surutu, and some musical acts when they stormed Baba Suwe’s resident.
Earlier this week MaxFM had reported that the actor was critically sick and might lose his life if he isn’t taken care of health-wise.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has taken it upon himself to help the actor.
The vice president also prayed for the veteran actor’s quick recovery. He pleaded with Nigerians who have the ability to lend their support to the actor to do so.
He said: “God is to us, a God of deliverance; and death has no power over your life. I am positive that his healing hands will restore your health and cast out every form of infirmity in your body.”
