Actress, Halima Abubakar recommends Cutting of the penis for Rapist

Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar who recently shared her baby’s first photo after 4months of welcoming the newborn has shared a post to condemn the rape menace in the society.

In her recent post, she recommended that the penis of rapists should be cut off.
