He revealed that this is the 4th time he will be engaging his wife since they got married 45yrs ago. The couple who are already grand-parents created a scene at a popular shopping mall where fans and shoppers gathered to watch and cheer them up as CharlyBoy knelt down to ask his wife of 45yrs to marry her once again.
