Davido And Tiwa Savage Nominated For 2018 BET Awards

Nigeria’s prominent acts, Davido and Tiwa Savage have been nominated for the 2018 BET Awards alongside other reputable artists across the world. The organizers released the list of nominations for respective categories on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Davido and Tiwa Savage were listed in the Best International Act Category.

The 2018 BET Awards is slated to take place on Sunday, June 25, 2018 at the Microsoft Theater, Los Angeles, California, United States.

In 2014, Davido bagged the Best International Act (Africa) award which also Tiwa Savage amongst other nominees and last year, he lost out to Wizkid after they were nominated in the same category.

Davido might win this year’s award but he faces competition from the likes of Davido (NIGERIA), Cassper Nyonvest (South Africa), Tiwa Savage (Nigeria), Fally Ipupa (DR Congo) and Distruction Boyz (South Africa) and other international stars like Stormzy (UK), J Hus (UK), Dadju (FRANCE), Stefflon Don (UK) and Booba (FRANCE) who alongside got nominated for the Best International Act category.
