Nigeran music producer, Bello Emmanuel Adeshina, professionally known as Fresh VDM, who has been working with Davido’s DMW record label for three years, has finally penned a deal with the imprint.
By virtue of the music partnership, Fresh VDM will serve as the label’s in-house producer, the first for DMW.
The announcement of the deal was made on Wednesday, according to Double 6, the management company of Fresh VDM.
According to reports, Double 6 said the sign-on session was witnessed by “top executives of the label including its founder and flagship artiste himself Davido present”.
The Togo-born beatmaker has been on a good run since producing Davido’s smash hit, ‘Fia’, in 2017.
His chemistry with Davido has seen him produce other hit songs like ‘Ada’, ‘Doe’, ‘Flora my Flawa’ and much recently, ‘Check on You’, a collaboration between the OBO and Cassper Nyovest, a South African recording artiste.
Real name, Fresh VDM is also on Davido’s 30 Billion African Tour train.
Fresh VDM has worked with the likes of Koffi Olomide, Cassper Nyovest, Davido, Olamide, Burna Boy, Mr Eazi, Ycee, Mayorkun, Dremo, among others.
