D’banj appreciates Jay-Z for making his dream of becoming a billionaire more visible

Nigerian singer, D’banj, has taken to his Instagram page to expressed his admiration for American rapper, Jay-Z. D’banj shared a photo of two reputable entertainers and businessmen, Diddy and Jay-Z as he referred to them as his icons.

According to the Nigerian singer, Jigga and Diddy have paved the way for several people.

He wrote:

“Thanks for paving the way, my icons! And a big congrats to my billionaire mentor that nigga Jigga for making the dream more visible.”

This is coming shortly after Jay-Z was named the world’s first billionaire rapper by Forbes magazine. He was named as one of the handful entertainers to attain such a feat as well as the first hip-hop rapper to achieve this feat.

It was also gathered that the billionaire rapper is involved in several profitable businesses including real estate, liquor, art collections and more. According to Forbes, his music catalog is worth $75m, his streaming service, Tidal is worth $100m, his art collection is worth $70m, his cash and investments are worth $220m, to name a few.
