Written by on July 18, 2018

American singer and songwriter Tenitra Michelle Williams, who rose to fame as a member of R&B girl group-Destiny’s Child, is reported to be battling a mental illness.

The gospel singer and actress who got engaged to Youth Pastor Chad Johnson in April, is currently receiving treatment for severe depression in an undisclosed mental hospital near Los Angeles, USA.

She confirmed reports in an inspiring post published on her Instagram page last night.
See post below:

Recall that October last year, she revealed that she suffered from depression during her time as a member of the top-selling girl group and now as a mental health awareness advocate, she “listened to the same advice” that she has given others.
