The first edition of MAX LIVE was held on Sunday, May 16th, 2021, at the ‘Riddim n Trips’ event Center in Lagos, Nigeria.

Hosted by MaxFM OAPs – Mark Otabor and Cera, the night was filled with riveting performances, featuring some of Nigeria’s biggest artistes who performed live on stage.

Beginning with Nigerian singer – Mersea – who trilled the audience with her performance on stage; Nigerian Afropop singer and songwriter – Elhi – gave a superb performance of his song – “Feeling You, featuring Mut4y and Olawale”.

Afro-pop star signed to Chocolate City Music – Candy Bleakz, often described as the Queen of the Streets and Lady Dragon, came up with her energetic raps; after which came Mavin record’s young vibe and eye-patch-wearing singer – Ruger who also gave a fantastic performance.

Feeling crooner, Ladipo Eso – popularly known as Ladipoe – gave the audience a vibe of his song while, in a rather vibrant fusion, Afrobeats, and Canadian-Nigerian artiste – Falana changed the atmosphere with her song, upon mounting the stage. Falana performed one of her songs ‘Joy’, leaving most members of the audience wanting more.
