Popular Nollywood actor and rapper, charles okocha aka Igwe 2pac, goes Semi-nude as he shoots a skit In The Middle Of The Road Causing a scene

As soon as the actor got down from his car, he started shouting, ‘I’m on a different ECHELON‘ he started running around the major road in a torn jean with no shirt on. The Police and LASTMA officials on the road couldn’t stop him, his hypeman’s voice could be heard from the background giving him praises.
