Simi Kneels To Greet Lagbaja On Stage, Says She’s Living Her Dreams

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Simi headlined the Johnnie, Jazz & Whisky (JJW) event on Saturday 28th July at the Central Park Arena, Abuja. When it was time for her performance with afrobeat music legend and Konko Below crooner, Lagbaja, she went down on her knees on the stage to greet him.
The masked veteran singer was caught up in the beautiful moment, as he also went down on his knees to hug and bring her back up to her feet.
Simi shared and captioned the video from the event on her Instagram page, “So yesterday I met a LEGEND!!! I had the time of my life #JJW#LivingMyDreams #GodisGood 💙 – @officiallagbaja” acknowledging that she is living her dream, meeting with the legend and entertaining her fans. Together, they performed Lagbaja’s ‘Never Far Away’
