Asisat Oshola shows off her Third Female African Player of The Year Award

Super Falcons of Nigeria forward and Dalian Quanjian FC footballer, Asisat Oshoala, went home with her third award at the 2017 African Footballer of the Year award ceremony which was held in Ghana last night.

The 23-year-old who won her third female African Player of the Year award was filled with emotions while giving her acceptance speech.

According to her:

“It’s really been an emotional journey through 2017, I must say this is one of the personal moment in my career because when I left Arsenal and moved to China a lot of people said that Asisat your career is going to be gone.”

But I told myself that I can do this. And I think I have done it.”
