Kpokpogri seeks enforcement of his fundamental rights. The scandal between Tonto Dikeh and her ex-boyfriend Prince Kpokpogri is nowhere near over as he has filed a lawsuit against her.
The lawsuit also includes the Department of States Services, (DSS)
He also asked the court for an order instructing Tonto and DSS to pay him the sum of N10 billion as reimbursement for the mental trauma, emotional stress and severe damage caused by the invitation extended to him.
Kpokpogri’s lawsuit came in weeks after he was invited by the DSS for questioning. In a petition filed against the activist, Tonto Dikeh accused him of blackmail, extortion, and procuring by false pretence.
The petition also demanded that Kpokpogri releases the Toyota Hilux truck belonging to Tonto Dikeh in his custody.
