G.O.E Hypeman Parts Ways with Apprentice Muiz Over Alleged Arrogance

Written by on July 24, 2024

Popular hypeman “God Over Everything” (G.O.E) also known as Money Gee has carved out a prominent role for himself in Nigeria’s entertainment scene.

His rise to prominence reached new heights when a video of him hyping up the renowned Wizkid went viral, amassing a massive number of views.

Wizkid impressed everyone by reposting the clip and also gave him a substantial sum of 20 million naira.

Recently, “God over Everything” made headlines again by deciding to part ways with his young apprentice, Muiz, who collaborated with him on hyping events. The duo gained fame for their hit single “Barber Chair.”Taking to Instagram, he explained that Muiz had shown arrogance whenever corrected, which led to their professional split.

He also disclosed that he had informed Muiz’s mother about his behaviour, unaware that Muiz had plans to leave at the end of the month.

When Muiz’s mother visited to discuss the matter, Muiz did not offer any reasons for his actions, simply stating he no longer wished to stay under “God over Everything’s” mentorship after six months.

In addition to the split, “God over Everything” revoked the nickname “G.O.E Jr.” that he had previously bestowed upon Muiz, marking the end of their professional relationship.

The incident has sparked discussions among fans and followers of both personalities in the entertainment industry.
