In an Instagram video, Afegbai recounted her astonishment after receiving a wedding invitation that required guests to purchase Aso Ebi for a staggering $1,200.
She described the moment she realized the shocking price, saying, “Una don dey sell Asoebi for dollars in Lagos? Naso wan lady invite me, I come check the invite see 1200, I come shock dey ask say 1200 naira? Naso I come dey happy say things don dey change for Lagos.
