Hip-hop mogul Sean Diddy Combs is facing serious legal trouble—and possibly life in prison—as explosive new claims emerge in his federal sex trafficking trial.

Prosecutors kicked off the high-profile case on May 12 with shocking allegations tied to what they described as Diddy’s secret world of “freak offs”—wild, orchestrated sex parties that allegedly involved coerced escorts, celebrities, and disturbing acts.

According to Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson, one of the most graphic claims involves a male escort who was allegedly forced to urinate in the mouth of Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, during one of these parties. The prosecutor quoted Cassie as saying she “felt like she was choking.”

Combs has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution. If convicted of racketeering, he could spend the rest of his life behind bars.

The courtroom heard more disturbing testimony from male escort Daniel Phillip, who said Diddy paid him up to $6,000 per session to sleep with Cassie—often recording or directing the encounters. Phillip also testified that Cassie herself once asked him to urinate on her, and when he didn’t do it “right,” both she and Diddy corrected him.

“I felt like I was dealing with someone who had unlimited power,” Phillip told jurors. “Even if I went to the police, I believed I could still lose my life.”

Prosecutors also referenced a 2016 surveillance video that allegedly shows Diddy assaulting Cassie in a hotel hallway—kicking, hitting, and dragging her.

The defense plans to argue that Cassie willingly took part in what they describe as a violent and toxic relationship, and she will testify later in the trial.

Authorities arrested Diddy in Manhattan in September 2024, and the Southern District of New York later indicted him. In addition to the charges involving Cassie, over 120 alleged victims—including men, women, and even a 9-year-old boy—have accused him.

If convicted of sex trafficking, Combs faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years.
