The O2 had on their twitter page on the 3rd of March announced that Davido had officially sold out The O2. On the day of the event while the audience were running late, videos of the O2 hall started circulating to which some persons had started to mock the artiste (Davido) saying the hall was scanty and as such not sold it out also making comparisons with the other arts who have used the same venue.

However, much to their surprise, when the show fully kicked off the hall was then seen to be full and the energy from the crowd was very encouraging.
