Nigerian superstar, Davido touched down the city of Port Harcourt River state to thrill his south-south fans
The superstar shared photos as he touched down the treasure base of the nation on December 16 to entertain his fans. Just before arriving at his Plugged concert,
The Assurance crooner, visit the Rivers state government house, where he met with Governor Nyesome Wike.
“I came here to see my godfather, Governor Wike and to support his second term bid. I am planning a talent hunt show in Port Harcourt. One of the lucky artistes will perform at my show in Lagos on December 27, 2018.
“I am also here to wish the Governor a happy birthday. In the New Year, there are several things that we are planning for the good of the music industry.” He said.
The photos from the meeting have been circulating the internet as well as Davido’s appreciation speech to the governor who he called his godfather. Speaking to a group of newsmen, the singer thanked Governor Wike for supporting the youths in the state and he announced his plans to the a talent hunt in Rivers state.
