Duncan Mighty accused of slapping video director on set

Nigerian singer, Duncan Mighty is in the news again for a negative reason as a young video director has alleged that the singer assaulted him.

According to the video director who identified himself as Godman Onyeso, the assault happened in Port Harcourt during a music video shoot, He wrote:

‘I got a slap from Duncan Mighty on his video shoot with Davido only because I went to get my camera which he ceized from my artist Elyon’.
He went on to say,

‘Its out of the love for entertainment we decided to support our Own.(Duncan Mighty) if You check down my post you will see a dance video I did for Duncan Fake Love FT Wizkid’.

This is coming after reports emerged on social media platforms recently that the Port Harcourt-based singer assaulted his wife.

Reacting, he said some people were out to break his marriage, adding that such persons will not succeed.

The artiste, who is currently making waves in the music industry, passed his message via Instagram.

He wrote, “The next news will be that I use my wife [to make sacrifice] to come back [to the music industry].

“What do you gain in tarnishing my image with lies that I brutalized my own wife?

“My life and journey to get here wasn’t by Duncan Mighty but by God.

“For your information my marriage is not one of those you people broke down and will never be.

“For your information I am the winner of my marriage my wife and kids can’t do without Daddy every moment.

“The more you make people hate me the more they love me.”
