The Weeknd Buys $70 Million Mansion

The Weeknd, is a Canadian singer, songwriter and record producer is out here living grand and in style, at least according to his recent real estate purchase! The artist reportedly bought a Bel Air mega-mansion in “one of the largest deals closed in Los Angeles so far this year.”
According to the Wall Street Journal, The Weeknd dropped a hefty $70 million on the approximately 33,000-square-foot home that wasn’t even on the market! To compare, his previous home in the Hidden Hills was sold to Madonna in April for only $19.3 million.
His new Bel Air beauty was previously owned by Dutch celebrities who purchased it back in 2015 for only $21.4 million. Over three years, they modernized their place with curated pieces from around the world
The Weeknd will enjoy amenities like an indoor pool, spa with a sauna, outdoor infinity pool with a waterfall, movie theater, gym, sports court, and music studio sitting on 1.3 acres of private land.
