Former Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ housemates, Christy O and Kess, have rallied behind their co-star and ‘Level Up’ winner, Phyna, after Davido declared his unfamiliarity with her.
Davido stirred online commotion by inadvertently liking a tweet that criticized Phyna. The tweet suggested there were celebrities whose popularity perplexed the sender, naming Phyna as one such example. Davido’s like of this tweet generated a fervent online reaction, with some supporting him and others castigating him.
In response, Phyna expressed her bewilderment at Davido’s action, questioning what she had done to deserve a negative endorsement from him. Despite the negativity, she extended her congratulations to Davido and Chioma on the birth of their twins.
Davido, in turn, issued an apology, explaining that he was unfamiliar with her.
In Phyna’s defense, Christy O remarked that living under a rock would be the only explanation for not knowing Davido. She conveyed a message to Phyna, emphasizing that not everyone will be fond of her, and that’s perfectly fine.

Recall that Phyna previously supported Kess and Christy O during his marital controversy by disclosing his wife’s accusation of an affair with her husband.
The BBN winner went live on her Instagram, where she asserted that she had conversed with Della Morales. Morales allegedly indicated her intent to publicly accuse her of involvement with Kess.
Furthermore, she vehemently criticized Kess’s wife, advising her to refrain from manipulative tactics and emotional manipulation. She highlighted how the public often finds a woman’s perspective more believable, even when it may involve deception.
Phyna urged her to permit her husband and his colleague, Christy O, to be and advised against pursuing attention.
However, her commentary on this marital turmoil stirred negative reactions from many, who chastised her for frequently involving herself in other people’s scandals.
