Davido cries out over heavy criticisms from fans for promoting Wizkid’s new song

In recent days, Nigerian singer Davido, who recently reconciled with his rival Wizkid, is facing backlash from his millions of fans.

On the micro-blogging platform, he expressed support for Wizkid by promoting his new song, but this move didn’t resonate well with his fan base.

This unexpected turn of events has stirred controversy among Davido’s followers, who seem unsettled by his endorsement of Wizkid’s work despite their public reconciliation. The Grammy nominee’s attempt to show solidarity has inadvertently sparked a wave of discontent among his dedicated fanbase.

Davido tweeted, “New Wiz Friday!!! Wtf!!! Replay all weekend!!”.

A fan of his slammed him for always giving room for his rivals to use him as he tweeted, “Davido u dey gba fr”.

Replying to him, Davido reminded him that he is in his 30s and as such desires peace.

Davido replied him, telling him to fuck off as he isn’t a real fan.
