Nollywood actress Aisha Lawal expressed profound gratitude to her creator for sparing her life after narrowly escaping a fatal incident.

On Tuesday night, an explosion rattled the city of Ibadan, Oyo State, causing widespread panic. The cause of the explosions remained unknown during our reporting, but the government confirmed the unfortunate incident and initiated investigations.

Properties succumbed to destruction in the aftermath, with the UCH School of Nursing hostel experiencing shattered glass windows due to the quake.

Lawal recounted her harrowing experience, noting she was in Bodija when the explosion occurred, and the lingering discomfort in her ears attested to its impact.

In a poignant expression of thankfulness, Lawal shared that she initially parked her car to buy suya near an estate. Later, she relocated her vehicle to the exact spot where the incident unfolded. This twist of fate underscored the gravity of the situation and intensified her appreciation for the gift of life.

The movie star said she saw many dead bodies as she questioned what caused the unfortunate incident.

“Alhamdulilah for today, I was at Bodija when the explosion happened, in fact, my ears are still ringing from the effect. Thank God for our lives.

I even parked to buy suya opposite that Estate o! Now later moved my car from Sloggers Club to the Metro hotel on the same Osuntokun when it happened. Olohun anu oooooooo
