Media personality Oladotun Ojuolape, professionally known as Do2dtun, has responded to a court order that restricts him from defaming his former brother-in-law and singer, D’banj.
On Wednesday evening, the Chief District Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, issued a restraining order to prevent Do2dtun from making defamatory posts about singer D’banj on social media or any other platform.
Furthermore, the court directed the Deputy Inspector of Police, Force Intelligence Bureau, to investigate a criminal complaint lodged by D’banj against Do2dtun within two weeks and report the findings back to the court.
In response, Do2dtun asserted that the singer was employing a power play against him, emphasizing that everything he had publicly stated was true.
He went on to express that if they had followed court orders, he wouldn’t have resorted to public disputes, as he had remained silent due to mediation efforts.
Do2dtun stressed that his primary concern is his children, and he pledged not to allow anyone to overshadow his love when theirs is equally strong.
“If you only you all obeyed orders too. We won’t be here. I have kept quiet cos you asked for meditation. I know and I was so sure, you know very well what I was saying and I wasn’t wrong but yet again”The Power game”.

Over the past week, Do2dtun had been publicly criticizing his ex-wife and her family for blocking his access to his daughters. The Cool FM OAP went as far as giving D’banj, another public figure, a 24-hour ultimatum to release his kids.
Do2dtun pointedly reminded D’banj of his unwavering support when he tragically lost his only son. He even recounted attending the funeral with his then-wife on D’banj’s behalf when he couldn’t.
Expressing deep resentment, Do2dtun lamented how D’banj is now repaying his past kindness by using his children to sow discord and perpetrate cruelty.
