In a heartfelt plea, veteran Nollywood actress and filmmaker Kate Henshaw reached out to her friends and fans, seeking their prayers and support as she announced the passing of her dear mother.
Taking to Instagram, she shared the sombre news, revealing that her mother had departed on the 1st of March. Amidst the waves of grief washing over her, the vibrant actress humbly requested prayers to provide strength and solace during this challenging period.
She also implored her followers to hold her family close in their thoughts and prayers as they navigate through this profound loss together.
She wrote on Instagram, “Dear friends and fans, It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my dear mother on March Qst 2024. Your prayers mean the world to me during this difficult time. Please keep my family in your thoughts. REST IN PEACE MUMMY. Love Kate Henshaw.”
Prayers and beautiful words of encouragement have been pouring in for the actress in her timeline.
