In her revelation, she conveyed that, in response to upsetting and hurtful circumstances, she naturally gravitates towards silence. This, she explained, serves as her coping mechanism, allowing her to navigate through her emotions independently and at a pace that suits her.

Toyin emphasized that adopting this approach has proven beneficial for her, and she encouraged her followers to consider giving it a try. The actress asserted that finding solace in silence and processing emotions individually can be a powerful means of self-care during challenging times.
