Eventually, the swimwear entrepreneur recanted her pregnancy claims, publicly admitting her falsehood and extending an apology to Chioma.
Following suit, Ivana Bay, a Parisian entrepreneur, joined the chorus of accusers, sharing purported conversations with Davido across Instagram and WhatsApp regarding her pregnancy. Expressing her dismay, she revealed Davido’s attempt to coerce her into signing a confidentiality agreement for a meager sum.
Meanwhile, Kenyan socialite Pendo Stacy added fuel to the fire with her own allegations, disclosing her alleged romantic entanglement with Davido on a televised platform, even brandishing his personal effects as evidence.
At the forefront of these accusations was Chisom, who accused Davido of pressuring her into aborting their child, with the promise of financial compensation.
In a surprising turn of events, Chisom retracted her allegations, citing repercussions such as job loss and estrangement from her family as reasons for her apology to Davido.
